How to watch and participate in an Instagram Live:
Follow me on Instagram
At noon eastern, using your phone or iPad, click on my face circled at the top of your Instagram with the “Live” title. If you can’t find it, head to my page and click on my face.
Comment! Send hearts! Ask questions! At the bottom of your screen you can do all three.
If you’re having trouble with sound, try earbuds.
If you miss it or want to listen again, find the video on my feed. You can watch later from your computer.
How to download a chat so that you can use it in a lesson:
OPTION 1:
Use the screen record option from your phone.
Or…
OPTION 2:
From your computer, log onto my IGTV.
Click on the video you want to download.
Copy at paste the URL into the box here and click the blue “download” rectangle.
Get a snack. It takes about 10 minutes to download.
